3. Hosting and server logs
Our website is hosted on servers within the European Union. Each visit automatically records technical data such as IP address, date and time, and browser type to keep the website running. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR — our legitimate interest in secure and reliable operation.
4. Registration and user accounts
When you register with Bloomy, we collect your name, email address, and information about the services you enter. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR — performance of a contract.
5. Your clients' booking data
Clients can book through your individual booking page and provide their name and contact details. We use this data only to arrange appointments. You are responsible for this data toward your clients; Bloomy processes it technically on your behalf.
6. Payment processing
Subscription payments are processed by Lava.top. We share the data needed to process the payment. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
7. Usage analytics
We review platform usage internally, without sharing it with third parties or using third-party tracking, to improve the service. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
8. Data retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes described or required by statutory retention periods.

11. Account suspension
